Our Story

IncludED was created by educators who understand the real challenges of inclusive education — not just in theory, but in the classroom. What started as a passion to support students with diverse needs has grown into a platform that uplifts the very people who support them daily.

This platform was created as a response to the superficial practices we so often see in schools. Here, we focus on what truly matters: skill-building for educators and real progress for students.
For educators, these challenges are not just tasks — they’re motivators. Each one is an opportunity to sharpen practice, deliver personalized support, and grow in confidence. And when the challenge is complete, the recognition they receive is earned, meaningful, and long overdue. For students, it means consistent, individualized teaching rooted in IEP goals, not guesswork. It means having an adult who is developing with them — and for them.

IncludED is a space where effort is honored, progress is visible, and every action leads toward genuine inclusion — not performance, not checklist inclusion, but transformative support.

What We Do

We offer structured, skill-based challenges for educators, learning support assistants, and facilitators. Every challenge is designed to connect your professional growth with meaningful outcomes for your student — through evidence, reflection, and real progress.

Our mission

To offer meaningful, challenge-based professional development that builds educator skill, celebrates authentic effort, and drives real student progress through individualized, evidence-informed practice.

Our vision

To create a world where every educator feels empowered to support diverse learners with confidence, consistency, and care — making inclusion not just a value, but a daily practice.

Our Core Values

  • Authenticity – We value real, meaningful practices over performative inclusion.

  • Empowerment – We build the skills and confidence of educators through hands-on learning.

  • Equity – Every student deserves support that’s personalized, purposeful, and consistent.

  • Recognition – We celebrate growth, effort, and the unseen work educators do every day.

  • Integrity – We commit to honest, bias-free development grounded in real impact.

Founder's Note

As a special educator, leader, an author and parent of a neurodivergent child, I’ve seen inclusion at its best — and at its most performative. I created IncludED with one intention: to make inclusion real, practical, and empowering for both educators and students.

This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about equipping those on the ground with tools, recognition, and purpose because when educators feel seen and supported, students thrive.

Let’s grow meaningful inclusion. One challenge at a time.
